As a holistic therapist, I keep general records and notes of client treatments, personal information such as name, contact details, doctors name and basic medical information. I make notes regarding the treatment and I am legally obliged to hold this information for 7 years after your last consultation. After this time has elapsed I will destroy any files and delete this information. I can delete any information I hold on you or relating to you on request. 

All personal information supplied to me is private and confidential, and is never shared with any third parties. Your information is held on paper files, and these are kept in a locked and secure space. These can be accessed only by you and me, and you can request to access them at any time. I will try to make these available to you within 14 days of your request.

My pricing is determined by the time I spend, resources or items used, the space used, and the experience and knowledge I use in creating an item. If you buy one of my prints or any item that is not custom made, then you are welcome to return this within 28 days of purchase, as long as you cover return postage. On receipt of the item, I will immediately refund you, providing it is not damaged or worn. I do not provide refunds on commissions or custom pieces, as these are created for you and therefore cannot be resold, and I will check with you throughout production to ensure you are happy with the final product.

As my healing services are not a physical product, I cannot offer returns. However, if during the process of healing you withdraw your consent and do not wish for it to continue, on discussion I am happy to refund you. After the healing is complete, I do not offer refunds unless in exceptional circumstances. Under the Goods and Services Act 1982, you are entitled to expect the service to be be carried out as described, with reasonable care and skill, in a reasonable time, and for a reasonable charge. Because of the nature of the services I provide, it can be difficult to define what compensation you are due and what benefit you received from the treatment. If you are not happy with the services provided, I will do my best to reach an agreement with you that we are both satisfied with. You agree to these terms within the consent form I will ask you to sign prior to services rendered.

If you wish to cancel your healing service, please give at least 24 hours notice or I will require you to pay 50% of the service fee. Please remember that this is a small business and I cannot easily fill the slot you have booked, especially within 24 hours.

As my ceremonies are created custom for you, I will need a 50% deposit on agreement of booking.   I am unable to offer refunds. If you decide that you do not want to go ahead with the ceremony, as long as I am given 3 days notice, I will only charge you for the time taken to create your bespoke ceremony, and will not charge you for performing the ceremony itself - however if I have incurred costs e.g. booking a hotel as part of agreed costs, then I will still expect this to be paid.

I, Samantha Foreman, am not a medical doctor and I do not have any medical qualifications. The services I offer are not a replacement for medical help and do not purport to be. I do not claim to diagnose or cure any medical condition. I do believe that my services may be able to help alleviate a wide range of conditions, physical and mental, however I make no guarantees or promises on the results you may experience. If you have any medical concerns, please seek the advice of your GP.

With any healing services I provide, including distant healing, it is vital that I have the consent of the person being healed and that this is recorded to ensure there is no confusion. You are welcome to withdraw your consent any time before or during the healing if you feel uncomfortable, or for any other reason.
